Shipping And Returns

Orders are shipped by UPS, FedEx or the United States Postal Service depending upon shipping costs and the size of the order. Items "in stock" are shipped within 48 hours, special order items will take a little longer.

A 6% sales tax will be added to all orders being shipped to Pennsylvania addresses.

Payment for all International orders must be made via U.S. Bank check in U.S. Dollars. No International credit card orders will be accepted.

All returns must have the original receipt and in original packaging with all tags and labels intact. Items returned without the receipt will not be accepted.

Any product with a manufacturers defect will be replaced or the purchase price refunded, up to 10 days from date of sale. Purchase price will be refunded in full - less a 20% restocking fee - for all products returned for any reason other than manufacturers defect.

Cues that show any kind of use or wear are not returnable. Any other product that is damaged or shows signs of use is not returnable.

All cues sold by Q-Ball Billiards are checked for warpage and other damage before they are shipped. Warped cues and cues with bent joint screws are not returnable.
